FOGLIE BIO PLUS · LA RUOTA BIO
Privacy and personal data
These pages
The Foglie Bio Plus pages present the product and its availability. They do not include customer accounts or newsletters. When the notification service is active, you can request one availability notification. No checkout is active and no orders or payments are collected.
Availability notification
This optional request is based on your explicit consent. We collect your email, language, request date, consent version and notification status. La Ruota Bio keeps the list in a restricted archive on its Aruba hosting and may use it to manually send one email when the product is available. This is not a newsletter, order or reservation. No automatic confirmation email is sent, and addresses are not verified through double opt-in. This service does not transfer requests to Cloudflare or Brevo.
Retention and cancellation
Requests remain valid for at most 180 days. When the operator marks the notification as sent, the remaining retention period is at most 30 days. Expired requests are deleted at the next archive check. You can withdraw consent and delete your request using the link shown after saving, or by contacting La Ruota Bio, without affecting earlier processing. Security counters use temporary protected hashes, not plain IP addresses. Hosting and backups have their own retention periods. Contact the controller for access, correction, erasure and other data rights; you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Contact
You can email La Ruota Bio using the email link. Your email service sends the message; this website does not submit a contact form. For information about communications and data rights, see the official La Ruota Bio privacy notice linked below.
